1) How much does the program cost?
Nothing – the program is free to the customer.
2) How often do I have to have maintenance done?
Every 7,500 miles or when your vehicle’s electronic maintenance system tells you that you need a tire rotation.
3) Do I pay for tire rotations?
No, tire rotations are included at no charge.
4) Do I pay for maintenance?
Yes, all maintenance is the responsibility of the customer.
5) When are my tires replaced? What kind of tires will I get?
Tires are replaced with the same or similar tires (if the same tire is not available) when your tread depth reaches 3/32”.
6) Do I pay for mounting, balancing, and alignments.
Yes, those services are the responsibility of the customer.
7) Do I pay for the tire and vehicle inspections?
No, those are included at no charge.
8) Can I have service done elsewhere?
No, any service, maintenance, or repairs done elsewhere will void the agreement.
9) Can I transfer the program to another car?
No, the program is non-transferrable.
10) Does it cover road hazard damage.
No, road hazard is not covered by the program, although some replacement tires come with their own road hazard warranties.
11)Can I get it for used vehicles?
Yes, used vehicles purchased at Tischer Nissan/Acura with less than 75,000 miles are eligible.
